I worked in IT for many years and been involved in many critical cut overs. Sometimes with the best intentions an It product just doesn’t work and the release gets delayed. It’s unfortunate and annoying, but releasing a product with bugs in it, is going to annoy people way more than a delay. It could be argued that Flexi needs to spend more money on IT.
