I agree 100% mate, at the end of the day he is the one responsible for the way this has been operating for the last 3-4 years and I hold him accountable as well.
my question is aimed solely as a go forward strategy, did you gain any confidence that he can lead us out of this or you can’t see that happening with current management and operating structure?
