Now you can see why SA is pissed off with the many Victorians SNEAKING across the border, to worry them in the same situation. . The last bloke was caught on the SECOND attempt...... in gaol over the weekend...... and this will test the State government as to the threat of gaol time instead of fines (fines don't fix this)
