I am sure ASEAN would have nice bunch of lawyers who can start the litigation process atleast for their own investment.
Are you saying (with real facts) that they have broken the law and are getting away with it?
If there is a court case, what is the case number?
I am sure every shareholder will support this and it wouldnt matter what the AGM outcome is, the current management (atleast Peter) will either be jailed or overthrown easily.
