Fact: Misleading convertible disclosures, round rule down and in beach of minimum market cap level for 4 months.
Fact: Suspension on the hiring of consultants - breach of that statement with consultant shares issued prior to the 21st May EGM.
Fact: Latest constitution not on the ASX website
