The valuations btw is what I believe what the market would value not the intrinsic value. The intrinsic value comes when you look at future cash flows. Currently, it is hard to forecast cash flows even after they make an announcement on a working relationship with Phillips. Most likely, markets will pump it hard and then comes down again when Painchek educates the market on how much they actually make from the distribution. Really good time to cash out a portion of your shares then and buy back when the announcement dies down. To me, it's 2-3 years in the making
