Okay well I can now at least understand you've been so misguided..

    1. - Weed grown outdoors is considered "Bush s#@t", for the very same reasons they're having in Colombia as you may have seen with the recent announcement about the performance shares - low levels of both THC & CBD are common in all outdoor gear without the right sophisticated setup & care.

    2. - Indoor Hydro is where the high yields & either/or high levels of CBD & THC come from. Hence the more customers & higher profits. To run these setups also runs at a very high power cost & requires around the clock care. It shortens the harvest time by just over 50% but not just anyone can do it well. Obviously big business can do it better.

    3. - Either way there's a fortnight drying the plants somewhere so time & storage is needed for that. Then there's clipping required & on top of all that you think growers will risk the law, dodgey customers AND competing with big business - rather than just selling out or getting a legal industry job..?

    4. - From a customer perspective, they like to know what they'e buying & know that there are certain standards.. They'll only need to have their guy go out of town or run out, or get busted, or maybe they'll just hear a story about one of their dealers who thinks it's healthy to pee on the plants... either way.

    5. - Home growers are popular around the world because pot is still defined as illegal in most parts & people demand the product. Really Canada & certain US States are the only markets with any real evidence of the system yet & as I've mentioned. And the steadily increasing numbers there support the argument.

    6. - You obviously didn't see the lines outside the dispensaries over there as the lockdowns were hitting that were longer than our Centrlink queues. As I said, since then they've had to loosen up & allow delivery. Because the customer is always right & they demand the legal product. Especially more so now since prices have evened.

    7. - Natural cycle - yes, the prices DID crash, as did expectations in the sector & so ended the bubble - as your charts clearly show in all the share prices. Many of the bigger US & Canadian growing businesses had & still are going through layoffs, have had built up inventories of overpriced, low grade weed & are struggling to manage with an evolving market. COVID helped them offload & now they're learning to manage under the new price structure. Creso was in a far better position going in with Mernova. It deals with the higher grade market & if the TerrAscend contract wasn't enough to be sure of their quality - two shipments so far to Israel & some pretty positive ratings online so far should be enough.

    8. - Thanks for basically backing up my point about the tobacco.. ..maybe dig into that further with any longtime Pothead mates. I'm sure they can fill you in on the Artisan perspectives of proper weed growing & explain that it ain't that simple.
