Mate you can charge whatever you like only I, for one, will not be paying it. Myself and most of my mates do all their own home maintenance and renovations including any electrical/plumbing/carpentry/concreting etc that may be involved. Takes longer than using a tradie but the end result is the same and saves a heap of money.
