    Surely its just explained by the cumulative divs Dec-Mar being greater than cumulative interest Dec-Mar?
    (ie. Future = cash + interest - div)

    Not sure if "bearish/bullish" comes into it unless perhaps Mar is trading below its fair value (with fair value being 20 points under).
