Good that the ASX in on MTC’s case (again). It’s just unfortunate there’s very little they can actually do to protect the interest of investors. MTC have time and time again been late with lodging paperwork but each time it’s been through no fault of the directors. This BOD knows the law, they step on the line and know that even when they step over it there’s sweet FA the ASX can do about it other than issue a please explain.
As I’ve said before, someone’s making money out of MTC, it just ain’t me.
