Latent ARE the project, thats why Latent are doing everything. TSV has a 10% share of someone else's project, its that simple. Why can't they get this project humming along? Did you not look at the photo's? You make it sould like you have mobilised these types of drill rigs to WA in your lunch break, they even need to train some local crew before commentment. Its a bit niave to think that after getting the rig to WA, putting it together and then testing it would not take a significant amount of time.
The rig is here and being assembled onsite, they will spud in the new year. I can appreciate that the $ are short at the moment but no amount of complaining about TSV will speed the process.
