VCR management/board has screwed up for sure, but its not over yet. Newspaper articles are fodder for the stupid - anyone that would believe a journalist is either insane or has a low IQ.

Of course, the vultures will be circling to pick up VCR for a song, but I believe VCR will get the funding needed and probably enough to finish the FDA application and go to full commercialization. Only question is at what cost?

Why you may ask? Because VCR is too far along to be unceremoniously dropped. Someone will either pick it up for a song, a new massive investor will be found or a VC will be engaged - there is just too much money to be made for it to be just go under.
