Karasco, the company has not indicated that they will distribute 9.65 cents for the first half. They will announce the proportion of 19.3 that they will distribute on 18 December. This could be 1 or 4 cents as much as it could be 9.65.
I still have great confidence in this stock and company. I do not think companies with confidence in themselves respond to shorters who manipulate the stock for their ends.
Having said all that, one thing i have learnt over the past several months is to reduce my holdings in stocks that show aggresive downtrend moves! Confidence in management or a company can turn very quickly even if they are good, etc etc etc.
