So in 2017 the difference between male and female undergraduates was $1100 which is a difference of 1.9%...
How close do you want it to be?
What you see with the undergraduates wages is what may well be the biggest difference in the wages of males and females. That is women with children. I guarantee they earn less than women without children. And there will not be the same number of undergraduates with children than there would be in the general working population.
So do we penalise taller people, better looking people and gays because they earn more on average than the short, dumpy and straights??
