if they don't do a capital raising or sell some assets soon it will be all over red rover

I think the company is going to have to extend until January 31

I can't see us coming out of suspension for another six weeks.

All possible ways of raising captial take time

a capital raising would take at least three weeks. the company would probably have to inform shareholders ... one week
another week to make up their mind

same story for asset sales

any company wanting to buy OZL assets will have to have time to do due diligence on the project they are interested in

someone would have to go out to the project and inspect it...look at the books etc

that'd take a while. maybe three weeks
