What a waste of time and money. Requests for meetings required to be signed, so emails not appropriate. DF cannot become an Executive Director. The cost of the meeting? Was that ever considered? So, those who retained faith in the great DF would now find it somewhat shattered. Surely, the relevant parts of the Corporations Act 2001 should have been both understood and followed to a t. Otherwise, management at OZL just given a big laugh.
