10 cents was way above the daily bollinger band on both recent occasions.

One of my rules is never buy when the daily share price is way above the bollinger band. A little bit might be ok, but not a lot.
I picked this up from reading HC posts, and watching the charts.
Go and look at charts for other companies....from what I have seen, buying way above the bollinger band almost always ends in tears in the short term. Longer term (weeks, months etc) might be ok, but short term (days) is not a good idea.
