Evidence is first hand accounts from people who work at myer. I do appreciate you guys focusing on the negative parts to my post but if you take war banner down you may also realise i had some positives in there. ie like online sales and the board members. Also if you look into jobkeeper you will find that the employee does not need to work more than their contracted hours and myer loves to use 10hr contracts so when a staff member is sick or takes holidays they only have to pay the 10 hours. this is very common in retail. So if you look at their eba you will find that they need to do 27.5 hours to recieve any extra in their pay packet that week. Staff do not want to do 27.5 hours when they can do their base hours and still get paid the same. again for the positives Myer Sales have been strong during covid and their online has exploded. these are good things. continue to focus on the negatives on every post you just may miss some good news.
