WPL have always known CNE wanted to off load at the right price and they didn’t take them up on that option. So why would WPL now want to PE the CNE sale of 40% to LUKOIL.
Also cannot see LUKOIL being interested to buy if there was a chance the 40% could be eroded by a JV partner exercising their right to PE.
FAR’s % has the potential to be a king maker we have only heard part of this story.IMO Maybe tomorrow will fill in the blanks.
