Noomxx. Please tell us what you really think. It would be good to hear from someone with no ANZ shares and no sentiment because I would appreciate that as an unbiased view.
Is ANZ is totally in the clear? Were Delloitte were right to send out the letters? Is everything at the board level squeaky clean? No issues to raise at the board meeting?
No doubt that Opes did not cause the credit crisis, and is also not having the bulk of the material effect on their dwindling share price but it is a very serious legal and reputational issue indeed, and it will not go away for the forseeable future.
