What a disgrace if this is related to being unable to secure finance. If the financing was bad, how could they only be realising that now? Are they really that......
But, as with a lot of these people, undoubtedly they will be patting themselves on the back, and awarding themselves a lot of performance shares due to how well they have done. Great job team. Look at how we have moved the share price from 1c to 3.8c, that growth is amazing.....we won't mention the blood bath of moving the share price from some 40c to sub 4c.
If it is a raise with a 2 in front of it, what a sh*t show. Maybe the directors could defer their fees and stump up the cash for once, and not at a diluted price.
GLTA.... maybe they surprise us on the positive side (highly unlikely).
