orbis major shareholders

What are peoples view on Orbis Funds Management taking a
circa 20% stake in the fund.

Also to bear in mind is that their price was north of 50c I believe.

I think its good. From what I have read Orbis investments are value investors who look for mispriced investments that are likely to recover in the medium term.

I think IEF is definitely a little unloved.

They announced a very minor earnings downgrade, div of 5.5c for the coming year and yet they have been hammered and are in the 20-30c bracket...

Ouch..

I think its great buying at the moment and one of the safer property trusts.
