I think its accelerating in the right direction... judge is starting to tighten the timeline so the wishy washy games will stop..
Both parties have things that are required to be done within the timeline; its good the judge will pass orders (the way I understood it) regarding further disagreements between the parties.. removes the countless emails back and forth, judge will make the call..
