I'd wait and see what the quarterly report looks like before making that sort of call.
If it doesn't hold the 38 cents level and the quarterly report shows significant cash burn then it could easily go back to below 30 cents very quickly.
Don't forget they have to start repaying the debt at US$6.25M per quarter for the next 8 quarters starting June 2020.
