From our last discussion on this, it really depends on how you read the 4c.
I believe you are right in that their costs were contained until 30/6/20 $1.2M, and they would go back to the pre-covid state $1.8M from July-20 meaning and extra $600K would be required. So they have enough to get them through to the start of Oct-20.
My gut tells me there will not be enough cash to hold them over including new sales etc. so they'll definitely be reviewing during Aug as if the sh!t hits the fan from an economic perspective they would want to ensure they have all in place. So I'm expecting an announcement late Aug for completion in early Sept.

However, I could be wrong, it could be earlier or later so dyor.
