It mentions "Age Care Act 1997" This act lists; funding regulation approval of providers subsidies & fees standards quality of care rights of people receiving care non compliance . Can some of the keyboard lawyers on here please let the members know, which Government is actually in charge, and responsible for these aged care places ?? This might be the answer why the PM has shortened his northern area trip to concentrate on the Victorian problem
