shareholders sold out

In my humble opinion the shareholders have been sold out once again by the Banks (screwing us to the wall) & by the management of Centro accepting us to be sold out for the cheapest possible price. Lets have a quick look. All the shareholders money is reduced now to 10% and the banks pick up 90%. Why invest in CNP anymore as there are no dividends for 7 Years . Sorry if i was a pensioner or this was part of my super fund it would not be acceptable. The banks however are rubbing their hands together just as they did in the late eighties where they sold everyone up to make their own balance sheets look good. Well what about management ..They say they have saved the company by pushing all the equitity the banks way. Yes we have 10% but i bet the management have 100% of their pay packets in place. They want to take a hard look at themselves along with the banks and wonder share price $10.00 to 10 cents who is responsible .Sorry i forgot they all washed their hands and then shook on a deal to make a name for themselves.
