FACT - Massive dilution at 93% by the Board and you said "ASEAN and cohorts have driven down the share price." ASEAN has been buying up the shares for the past 2 years. Just read the filings. Its there for all to see.
FACT - Stock issuance at 40-50% discount by the current Board to proxy consultants and the Corp Sec's partner/wife and in association last minute placement investors.
FACT - Where is the track record of ASEAN being anything but a value investor? There is certainly no takeover activity in their history. The Takeover Panel saw that and there wasn't a case to investigate.
FACT - ASEAN has provided contact details on all their letters.
FACT - AEE has been suspended by the ASX for over 2 months now for alleged breach of listing rules. What is this saying about the current Board?
