I'm in the process of joining Interactive Brokers.
https://www.interactivebrokers.com/en/index.php?f=4985
They have over 60 different Order Types. incl Good til Canceled.
Here in NZ I was unable to find any broker who could trade with the CSE.
Commsec only accepts Australian residents so had to look to Canada direct.
I have an account with TD Ameritrade in the US but they also could not deal direct.
Most Canadian brokers only accept Canadian residents and you need to sign up in person!!!
So I was starting to get a bit worried I couldn't find any way to actually trade on the CSE at all.
The CSE has a section on how to trade on the CSE.
https://www.thecse.com/support/investors/how-to-trade-stocks-on-the-cse
Lists all the Brokers who deal direct on the CSE.
I had heard of Interactive Brokers before, so went with them. They also allow me to trade direct on many other Int. Exchanges
including the US markets, as well as the ASX.
Personally I think it is very important to be able to Trade personally instead of over the phone etc.
GLTAH.
