Basically it dosnt look good examining AEE management performance in past few years. ASEAN has been buying & Lind has been dumping while taking advantage of finance deal.
It is not hard to see why many investors, including ASEAN, are worried. It is also noted that Management ( while not obligated) is not buying shares on market to show confidence in the company. Especially at recent low prices. I hold a few other stocks that had management grab stock on market & that was encouraging. The bottom line is; shareholders vote & can have a say.
