Problem is there are so many assets on the market both here and in the US. The company that pulled out of buying CAF has reportedly doing the same stunt to I think General Growth Properties in the US at the moment - wanting a lower price after they agreed initially.
But if the super companies are sitting on cash, I assume they eventually will want to spend some of it, they can't survive forever on govt bonds.
I gather from reading some articles that there are a few sales in the works - just hope they are for Centro properties (& with manangement rights).
