At best they're still likely to below 1moz @<2g/t. They have spent a lot of time and money drilling it the wrong way around until now. I think the fact that the Board hasn't been very transparent and also allocated themselves very dubious incentives (i.e. ZEPOs) is of limited relevance to the top 10 holders as they would be given the more updated to date status and know the game.
Once you see the Board buying on market you'll know the re-rate is about to start.
