Sulfur, my point was they always say a lot but nothing at all. They use the privacy law to hide behind whilst saying that their job is to protect the shareholder/ investors. Can you see where they have protected either.
There has to be a better way than this.
What is the issue, what is the problem, why has it taken so long without a word from either the ASX or BSR
Are we expected to wait indefinitely . Still,not knowing why, what, when.
Until then we can only guess, listen to rumour , & so on .
Who is too blame, news flash it does not matter,
Can anyone after reading the ASX letter tell me what the problem is why we are still suspended.
Is it a accountancy procedure, is it finance shortage, or is it a legal interpretation of the Senegal law or is it a accountancy procedure re Explourer transforming to producer. Moura permit is still in the Explourer stage. MGO is now considered a producer situation. Is there different accountancy procedures for Explourers to that of producers. Or is the laws in Senegal different to those expected in Australia.

Can anyone honestly make sense of what BSR has to do to get re listed from the ASX letter.
