Qld government introduced a legislative amendment to act as deterrent as fines have not been enough to stop them. 6 months jail might be appropriate in this case. Civil liberties will fight it though. How about the liberties of the general public who are mostly doing the right thing? It's idiots like these that make it hard for everyone else and cost taxpayers money.
