Still no news from the mining review. According to an article on the miningweekly website, in August, they were hoping that the review would be complete in September or October - Ha!

So yeah I guess if this was high school, someone is handing their homework very late. Its taken a lot of patience to be an AVM shareholder this year. What needs to happen now is that the review needs to be positive and the copper price has to recover. Eventually copper will rise, to a point, but I can't see any reasons why it would head back to recently seen levels any time soon. Our best bet might be supply issues in a couple of years time due to mines closing or not being developed now. I still think that holding AVM is a bit of a gamble but one I'm prepared to take with a limited parcel.
