    Sp is only 4.3c!! Yet forecast earnings for 09 of 3.3c!!! Hence, on fwd PE of about 1.4. I realise drilling prospects have reduced and margins will suffer. But wages are also falling for contract gangs. Debt levels are not severe and BDL has assests galore. Is it a TO target for likes of MAH?
