    On this one you're wrong mate. There is a standard escrow agreement. ISX's offer said it was contingent on not being suspended for trade again - which basically makes the deal worthless. ISX could in effect, breach rules, get suspended & escrow agreement is void.

    Was never going to be agreed to.
