Mate where has ASX ever said if ISX does these things they can trade? Even when they gave ISX their directions they said “we make no guarantees we will let them trade post completion.” It’s all smoke and mirrors. Tasks without reward, and consistent stalling. Escrow arrangement structure is just an extension of that
