It takes time to assemble a new team, including an experienced project/mine manager. I would expect mining to restart early in the new year, then a couple of weeks max to reach the ore body they are aiming for, then another 4 weeks for the 1st 1000t to be at surface and ready to ship for toll processing. I'll go for the first gold pour to be late Feb/mid March.
Personally I am glad they are taking their time to ensure success this time as another glitch would make for an unpleasant outcome for holders.
The gold won't go away and the price seems stable to up, so sit tight and reap the eventual rewards.
