I have heard that the industrial rezoning could be more about being able to leave the existing buildings and pavements for alternate use rather than having to remove them and rehabilitate once mining ceases.
I guess it makes a lot of sense to utilise that treated water pipeline to irrigate once the plant stops needing a lot of water. Guyra has plentiful underground water and has a thriving hydroponic tomato industry. We are fortunately close to the Adelaide market.
A lot of potentially good assets if management can maximise their value.
Squeezing a massive profit out of this from here shouldn't be a big ask.
