Let us assume Geoff Lord, the bigger shareholder, wants to make money out of his Tesserent investment.
How on earth does he sell the huge amount of shares that he has, without damaging the share price? Can't sell on market.
Seems likely he is planning on Tesserent being acquired at some point. He's sold businesses before at a huge profit, after building them up - ie UXC.
Bottom line - I'm selling my shares, when Geoff Lord starts selling his shares.
