Sounds a little like : the Aus government took action to protect the animal market/cattle by banning cattle exports:
Now shown to be faulty by disregarding interests of cattle producers.
And a little like the protecting law and order argument, not the rights of individuals (black americans).
The world is waking up to the abuses of power. It has been repeatedly shown that those with power need to consider all interests.
If seems you want to defend ASX’s role in protecting itself in the absense of consideration of any else/shareholders.
I say: bring on the court case!
