IMO all valid questions and/or concerns.
I have voted to oust current management mainly due to their, in my opinion, recent unethical manipulative behaviour. If this is acceptable behaviour to them they need to go.
What ASEAN might deliver is a bit vague, but from my Google research they seem to be able realise good business turnaround.
I wait to see what ASEAN actually deliver.
