Melua, Yes I think we will not hear anything until the new year, given that there is nothing binding at indicative stage. Notwithstanding this it is always an interesting point because if there are anumber of bidders at amounts which if known would likely have a material effect on price (either way!)there is an argument that they need to provide some comment to the market to ensure of an informed market.

SP3, Either there is a bid or scheme put to shareholders for a takeover, or we will be asked to vote on a total sale of assets. We may even be asked to vote even if it is not a total sale of assets but still a substantial mount of the copmany's assets.
