    2nd para.......expenditure thats 30 days overdue plus 2 cases of crownies for the team and the vc chairman.......... and a bottle of yellow glen for Jan.


    3rd para....contingent on a coal reserve.

    But on a more serious note....coal will not fall in a heap next year.
