I have two minor issues with the wording, firstly I don’t like the excuse about difficult circumstances relating to Covid-19 when this type of product should probably get an enormous opportunity from the current circumstances and social distancing. Secondly, I don’t like the justification of a low initial uptake being intentional to allow evolution to fix any problems as the launch was already more than 6 months overdue, any issues should have already been ironed out. I would prefer a more positive attitude about the opportunity of external circumstances and a sense of responsibility about results. Otherwise no surprises.
