    Easy. Wait for the final date to lodge accounts to expire. ASX suspends. Lodge accounts the next day. ASX removes suspension, hey presto escrow is void.

    That's why it is obvious that ASX could never accept the ISX changes to the normal escrow arrangement which makes me wonder whether it was really made in good faith.
