Rule number 1 you get as a new analyst, never trust management. Doesn't matter how big or how small the company. Look at the incentives and the possibilities to maximise that.
Regardless of whether management would do that, the possibility exists and that is exactly why the ASX could never let that occur. If you can't see that then maybe it's not me with rocks in my head...
