Until testing is complete yep. Our neighbours in the Coates district have a$300 million cap. You must agree Vanadium is a slow burn atm otherwise your lot would be $1 no? Be realistic Coates is already proven so at this time in the mine development cycle I would all it a a welcomed distraction.
