id be surprised if they could buy an advanced project without money
and ofc now PM prices are higher - asking prices for advanced PM projects will be also
imo the only way to view IVR is as a driller looking for a buyout or JV of Paris - with big price optionality because of that resource and in particular its grade
higher silver price goes more likely theyll get tender offers for Paris. in meantime id think the best approach is to do some more drilling and some low cost studies to derisk it so any future offer prices are higher
when they announce a deal for an advanced project would be the only time id believe that was going to occur
